52-2-7. Making of rules and regulations; delegation of powers and duties; perpetual existence of authority.

  1. The authority shall make necessary rules and regulations for its own government. The authority may delegate to one or more of its members or to its officials, agents, or employees such powers and duties as it may deem proper. The authority shall have perpetual existence.
