Revocation of license for conducting or piloting vessel arrested under court process. Any pilot who shall, with knowledge of the arrest of any vessel under process from any court of record, conduct or pilot the vessel out of the port or harbor where the arrest is made while the vessel is in charge of any officer of any court of record shall forfeit his license and be forever disqualified from acting as pilot. ## History Orig.
