Duties generally. (a) The duties contained in this part are in addition to and not in limitation of the common law duties of the trustee, except to the extent inconsistent therewith. (b) Upon acceptance of a trusteeship, the trustee shall administer the trust in good faith, in accordance with its provisions and purposes. ## History Code 1981, § 53-12-240, enacted by Ga.
