Applicability of article. The provisions of this article shall govern in proceedings in the probate court to vacate, set aside, or amend an order admitting a will to probate, and the provisions of Code Section 9-11-60 shall not be applicable to such proceedings. ## History Code 1981, § 53-5-53, enacted by Ga. L. 2020, p. 377, § 1-28/HB 865. ## Effective Date This Code section became effective January 1, 2021.
