# O.C.G.A. § 6-5-2. Definitions.

As used in this chapter, the term:

(1) ‘‘Authority’’ means the Georgia Aviation Authority.

(2) ‘‘State aircraft’’ means any aircraft, including equipment, owned, leased, rented, chartered, or otherwise obtained by the authority.
