# O.C.G.A. § 7-1-1115. Maintenance of federal branch or agency.

(a) A foreign bank licensed under this article to establish and maintain a Georgia state branch or Georgia state agency shall not concurrently maintain a federal branch or federal agency in this state.

(b) A foreign bank which maintains a federal branch or federal agency in this state shall not concurrently be licensed under this article to maintain a Georgia state branch or Georgia state agency.
