7-1-1121. Notice of uninsured deposits.

  1. Each foreign bank licensed to establish and maintain a Georgia state branch or Georgia state agency shall give clear and conspicuous notice that deposits and credit balances in the Georgia state branch or Georgia state agency are not insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Amendments

The 2025 amendment, effective July 1, 2025, deleted “consistent with 12 C.F.R. 347.207” following “conspicuous notice”.
