# O.C.G.A. § 7-1-1136. Cessation of activities.

A foreign bank that has had its Georgia state representative office registration revoked under this part shall cease all activities in this state except to the extent authorized by Code Section 7-1-1101. Continued activity in this state of an unregistered foreign bank is subject to Code Section 7-1-5.
