Civil cause of action; damages, costs, and attorney’s fees. Notwithstanding any other remedy at law, a person who suffers an injury to his person or property or to his person and property as a result of a violation of this part or rules and regulations adopted pursuant hereto shall have a cause of action against the manufacturer, installer, or dealer, or any combination thereof, of the industrialized building causing such injury.
