Maintenance and inspection of records. Each manufacturer, dealer, or installer of industrialized buildings shall establish and maintain such records, make such reports, and provide such information as the commissioner may require by rule or regulation in order to determine whether the manufacturer, dealer, or installer has acted or is acting in compliance with this part. The commissioner may inspect the appropriate books, papers, records, and documents relevant to determining whether the manufacturer, dealer, or installer has acted or is acting in compliance with this part.
