8-3-221. Cooperation with federal and local agencies.

  1. The administrator may cooperate with federal and local agencies charged with the administration of federal and local fair housing laws or ordinances and, with the consent of such agencies, utilize the services of such agencies and their employees. In furtherance of such cooperative efforts, the administrator may enter into written agreements with such federal or local agencies. All agreements and terminations thereof shall be published in the Official Compilation of the Rules and Regulations of the State of Georgia.
