8-4-1. Short title.

  1. This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the “Redevelopment Law.”

Amendments

The 2024 amendment, effective July 1, 2024, part of an Act to revise, modernize, and correct the Code, substituted “shall be known and may be cited” for “may be referred to” in this Code section.
