9-9-15. Judgment on award.

  1. (a)

    Upon confirmation of the award by the court, judgment shall be entered in the same manner as provided by Chapter 11 of this title and be enforced as any other judgment or decree.#

  2. (b)

    The judgment roll shall consist of the following:#

    1. (1)

      The agreement and each written extension of time within which to make the award;#

    2. (2)

      The award;#

    3. (3)

      A copy of the order confirming, modifying, or correcting the award; and#

    4. (4)

      A copy of the judgment.#
