Const. Art. I, Sec. I, Para. XXVIII. Fishing and hunting. A constitution provision shown as in force is in force as printed in the volume. A court decision can make a printed provision unenforceable without changing the volume, and the volume does not record that. The tradition of fishing and hunting and the taking of fish and wildlife shall be preserved for the people and shall be managed by law and regulation for the public good. (Ga. L. 2005, p. 1533, § 1) which redesignated former Paragraph XXVIII as Paragraph XXIX and added present Paragraph XXVIII was approved by a majority of the qualified voters voting at the general election held on November 7, 2006.
