Const. Art. III, Sec. IV, Para. VI. Salaries. A constitution provision shown as in force is in force as printed in the volume. A court decision can make a printed provision unenforceable without changing the volume, and the volume does not record that. The members of the General Assembly shall receive such salary as shall be provided for by law, provided that no increase in salary shall become effective prior to the end of the term during which such change is made. ## Cross References Unauthorized compensation, Ga.
