# Ga. Const. Art. III, Sec. IV, Para. X. Elections by either house.

A constitution provision shown as in force is in force as printed in the volume. A court decision can make a printed provision unenforceable without changing the volume, and the volume does not record that.

All elections by either house of the General Assembly shall be by recorded vote, and the vote shall appear on the respective journal of each house.
