# Ga. Const. Art. IV, Sec. VII, Para. I. Qualifications, compensation, and removal from office.

A constitution provision shown as in force is in force as printed in the volume. A court decision can make a printed provision unenforceable without changing the volume, and the volume does not record that.

The qualifications, compensation, and removal from office of members of constitutional boards and commissions provided for in this article shall be as provided by law.

The constitutional amendment (Ga. L. 1997, p. 1713) creating the Georgia Citizens Commission on Compensation of Public Officials was defeated at the 1998 November general election.
