# Ga. Const. Art. IX, Sec. V, Para. VII. Validity of prior bond issues.

A constitution provision shown as in force is in force as printed in the volume. A court decision can make a printed provision unenforceable without changing the volume, and the volume does not record that.

Any and all bond issues validated and issued prior to June 30, 1983, shall continue to be valid.

## 1976 Constitution.

There were no similar provisions in the 1976 Constitution.
