# Ga. Const. Art. V, Sec. II, Para. V. Writs of election.

A constitution provision shown as in force is in force as printed in the volume. A court decision can make a printed provision unenforceable without changing the volume, and the volume does not record that.

The Governor shall issue writs of election to fill all vacancies that may occur in the Senate and in the House of Representatives.
