[0:23:29] How is your mama doing? [0:23:57] All right. [0:23:58] Your guy comes back. [0:23:59] I don't know how to get Pat paid for being a, you know. Damn, we get two different from Lee. [0:24:04] I'm gonna sit down and write a letter. [0:24:06] Do, do the vote. [0:24:06] We didn't, we didn't, we didn't do the same. Well, we just- [0:24:13] All right. [0:24:13] You know what I like? Oh, I do. My driver. 'Cause I'm not gonna fall for everybody. But everybody think- [0:24:21] Double it up. [0:24:23] Rusty picked it. [0:24:23] All right, members, let me call this meeting to order from, uh, this is a follow-up from before. First off, I wanna apologize to the clerk's office, the speaker's office, and to each and every one of y'all here for having to come back for a second meeting because we abs- we passed out the bills without a full nine-member quorum. As y'all know, it's getting tougher and tougher to get a quorum at this point. And Jan, I apologize to Jan and Andrew. So that being said, let's take care of the official business. We've got three propositions in front of us according to Section 9 of our, uh, committee rules, uh, that we can change the quorum. [0:25:02] And I am recommending we change it to six since we're in the last days of the session. Any discussion? [0:25:09] So moved. [0:25:12] Any discussion? Do I have a motion to that effect? [0:25:15] Make a motion. [0:25:16] Second. [0:25:16] Move one. [0:25:17] Any discussion? [0:25:18] Changing nine. [0:25:21] Any- [0:25:21] Member boy to what? [0:25:22] Uh, any discussion? Any amendments? Any changes? If not, all in favor, all in favor say aye. [0:25:28] Aye. [0:25:29] Opposed? So be it. All right, we got two proposition. These were two bills that were recommitted from the rules committee. Um, and we'll do the easiest one first, House Bill 1254. This was passed, was vetted and passed out last week. Uh, went to rules, and then we found out the administration said there'd been errors in, uh, they had put in some of the language in the wrong section. No, no changes per se except for that. And, um, if there's no discussion, House Bill 1254. [0:26:04] Make a motion. [0:26:04] We have a motion. [0:26:05] Second. [0:26:05] We have a second. Any discussion? Any amendments? If not, all in favor say aye. [0:26:10] Aye. [0:26:11] Now that one is legal. Second up, House Bill 1385. This was the one for the state fire marshal's office. [0:26:19] Motion. [0:26:20] This was the one that, uh, there was a number of issues that was discussed last week, and all of them have been met by the committee members with the, uh, author of the bill and the, uh, insurance commissioner's office. Any questions? [0:26:34] Move to pass. [0:26:35] We have a motion. Do we have a second? [0:26:37] Second. [0:26:38] All in favor say aye. [0:26:39] Aye. [0:26:40] Opposed? And this bill forwards on, and they're back, they're back in rules for the third time. And I wanna thank y'all so much. I said this would be five minutes, and I believe it's less than five minutes. So I do appreciate your help.
