[0:27:12] Morning, everybody. [0:27:21] If you would, go ahead and take your seats, and we'll call the meeting to order. Uh, Chairman Jaspers, would you, uh, lead us in a word of prayer to open our meeting, please? [0:27:33] Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Let's all bow our heads together, please. Heavenly Father, thank you for another day. A beautiful day out in the world, and, you know, we've got ... We're in here. Let's... Put your hands around us. Keep us wise. Keep us fair and kind to one another in these upcoming days. And Heavenly Father, we know we've got needs in their community. You know, Gerald's sister, Angie O'Steen's father, and many others that need y- your consolation, your condolences. And help us learn to love one another in the next few days, and do your work. [0:28:06] Amen. [0:28:07] Amen. [0:28:08] Thank you. We've got some guests with us today, and I'm gonna w- co- recognize, uh, Chairman Newton. [0:28:16] Thank- thank you, Mr. Chairman. Uh, we often hear from our f- friends at the Medical College of Georgia that Georgia is our campus. Just wanted to see if we could all welcome, uh, some third-year medical students plugging away up in Northwest Georgia in the Rome area from the Medical College of Georgia. Please help me welcome them. [0:28:31] Good. [0:28:34] Thank you all for being here and, and watching us, uh, do our best to, to, uh, make Georgia a better place. Thank you for being here. [0:28:41] Great. Thank you. Glad to have y'all with us today. Thank you for visiting. Okay. Uh, let's recognize Chairman Erwin to speak to House Resolution 145. [0:28:54] Great. Thank you, Chairman and members. Uh, on the white paper in front of you, you got HR 145. It was recommitted yesterday. Uh, it's the urging resolution for vision and hearing screening in schools for our youngest students. Um, if you'll look on line 19, we had to make a change. Uh, now therefore be it resolved by the House of Representatives. We had General Assembly there. We had to replace the words, uh, House of Representative in there. [0:29:28] Okay, you've heard the explanation. And do I have a motion that we approve rule substitute to House Resolution 145? That's LC 49-2792S. [0:29:40] So moved. [0:29:41] Have a motion and a second. Any opposition? Okay, it's approved. Okay. [0:29:52] Now, we, we will not set a calendar for today. We have the budget on the table today, and I think at 11:06, we should be able to take that up. It would've been out for 24 hours. So that's what we'll do today, and then we'll meet tomorrow at 11 so that we can set a calendar for Thursday. Anything else? Thank you all for being here.
