A RESOLUTION

Honoring the life and memory of Kaspyen Rhys Tidwell-Krantz; and for other purposes.

WHEREAS, the State of Georgia mourns the loss of a precious young citizen with the passing of Kaspyen Rhys Tidwell-Krantz; and

WHEREAS, Kaspyen Rhys Tidwell-Krantz was born at 2:31 PM in Warner Robins, Georgia, on August 15, 2024, weighing eight pounds, four ounces, to Mr. James Hayden Tidwell and Mrs. Olivia Marie Krantz, who showed him immense love and devotion throughout his life; and

WHEREAS, Kaspyen was a little warrior whose resilient spirit and contagious joy touched the hearts of everyone he encountered, facing every challenge with strength and a smile; and

WHEREAS, he found joy in the simple pleasures of life, from feeling the sand between his toes at the beach to giggling on his play mats, roaring like a lion with his father, splashing in the bath, and playing with his favorite rattles; and

WHEREAS, Kaspyen's love for cartoons brought him endless wonder, and his hours spent mastering tummy time stand as further testament to his perseverance as well as the boundless love and care demonstrated by his mother and father; and

WHEREAS, his infectious smile lit up every room, and he found delight in gazing at himself in the mirror, fascinated by the person he was becoming; and

WHEREAS, although his time on earth was brief, Kaspyen's spirit and joyful presence will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him; and

WHEREAS, he is cherished in memory by his parents, Mr. James Hayden Tidwell and Mrs. Olivia Marie Krantz; grandparents, Donald and Darlene Krantz and Heather and Darrell Krantz; aunts, Vivian Rehahn, Malayu Palmer, and Shiria Palmer; uncle, AJ Palmer; cousins, Jamir Palmer, Jadie Palmer, Jayden Palmer, and Bucky Palmer; and godmother, La'Trecia Cuffie.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that the members of this body honor the life and memory of Kaspyen Rhys Tidwell-Krantz and express their deepest and most sincere regret at his passing. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to the family of Kaspyen Rhys Tidwell-Krantz.
