A RESOLUTION
Commending Jaide Coleman, Salem High School's Class of 2025 salutatorian; and for other purposes.
WHEREAS, a proper quality education for the young people of this state is the single most important objective of the General Assembly; and
WHEREAS, Jaide Coleman has shown by academic accomplishment that the pursuit and attainment of scholastic success are within the reach of the students in this state; and
WHEREAS, this remarkable senior has earned distinction through her notable achievements as a student at Salem High School where she is a member of the Beta club, National Honor Society, Student Government Association, Yearbook, FBLA, and FCCLA; and
WHEREAS, she has been selected as salutatorian by earning exemplary grades in the most challenging academic courses while maintaining a substantial extracurricular schedule throughout her academic career; and
WHEREAS, this achievement is the culmination of Jaide Coleman's hard work and determination, and she deserves much credit for her energy and dedication to academic excellence; and
WHEREAS, she is an outstanding representative of the young people of this state and it is only fitting and proper that she be recognized for her many accomplishments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that the members of this body heartily commend Jaide Coleman for her spectacular scholastic endeavors and express their most sincere best wishes for continued success. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to Jaide Coleman.
