ADOPTED Senators Dolezal of the 27th, Kemp of the 38th, Goodman of the 8th, Watson of the 11th, and Howard of the 35th offered the following amendment #1A: Amend AM 44 0285 by replacing line 32 with the following: days of the specified period of the renewal term, and the seller shall remit such refund to such consumer within 45 days of the date of the consumer's request.
