A RESOLUTION

Recognizing and commending Nyala Allen on Women Veterans Appreciation Day at the Capitol; and for other purposes.

WHEREAS, Nyala Allen served as a guardian of this nation's freedom and liberty with the United States Army, valiantly and courageously protecting her fellow Americans from 1996 to 2012 and

WHEREAS, as CEO of Key Coaching & Consulting, LLC, and Founder of ACE Veteran Realty, LLC, she delivers innovative, wellness-centered solutions that elevate leadership performance, enhance emotional intelligence, and drive sustainable, purpose-driven success; and

WHEREAS, Key Coaching & Consulting, LLC, founded in 2023, delivers personalized coaching programs focusing on wellness, mindset transformation, and sustainable habit development; and

WHEREAS, ACE Veteran Realty, LLC, is a veteran-owned real estate firm supporting diverse clients, with a focus on military families and veterans using VA loan benefits for homeownership and wealthbuilding strategies; and

WHEREAS, as a testament to her outstanding entrepreneurship and service, Nyala has received the President's Lifetime Achievement Award, in 2024, and is a member of Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of Realtors' Million Dollar Club; and

WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that the outstanding contributions of this exemplary veteran are appropriately honored.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE that the members of this body recognize and commend Nyala Allen for the dedication, bravery, and sacrifices she has made to serve her country and extend sincere best wishes for her continued health, happiness, and success.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is authorized and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to Nyala Allen.
