A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 4 of Title 34 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, the "Georgia Minimum Wage Law," so as to provide for minimum wage pay to workers whose compensation consists wholly or partially of gratuities; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
