26 LC 62 0346 House Bill 1331 By: Representatives Frye of the 122nd, Romman of the 97th, Berry of the 56th, Sanchez of the 42nd, Bell of the 75th, and others A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT To amend Chapter 4 of Title 34 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, the "Georgia1 Minimum Wage Law," so as to provide for minimum wage pay to wor kers whose2 compensation consists wholly or partially of gratuities; to rep eal conflicting laws; and for3 other purposes.4 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:5 SECTION 1.6 Chapter 4 of Title 34 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated , relating to the "Georgia7 Minimum Wage Law," is amended by repealing and reserving paragr aph (5) of8 subsection (b) of Code Section 34-4-3, relating to amount of minimum wage to be paid by9 employers and employers and employees covered by chapter.10 SECTION 2.11 All laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are repealed.12 H.
