15-11-4. Other laws apply to chapter.

  1. Where procedures are not provided in this chapter, the court shall proceed in accordance with:

  2. (1)

    Title 17 in a delinquency proceeding; and#

  3. (2)

    Chapter 11 of Title 9 in all other matters.#
