31-41-18. Application of article.

  1. This article shall only apply to:

  2. (1)

    Owners of residential rental property that accept compensation for the use of residential property by another;#

  3. (2)

    Landlords that accept compensation for the use of residential property by another;#

  4. (3)

    Day-care facilities; and#

  5. (4)

    Schools.#
