43-1-16. Senate confirmation of appointments to professional licensing boards.

  1. Each person appointed by the Governor as a member of a professional licensing board shall be confirmed by the Senate; and any such appointment made when the Senate is not in session shall be effective until the appointment is acted upon by the Senate.
