43-1-17. Removal from office of member of a professional licensing board.

The Governor may remove from office any member of a professional licensing board for any of the following:
(1)
Inability or neglect to perform the duties required of members;#
(2)
Incompetence; or#
(3)
Dishonest conduct.#
