6-5-2. Definitions.

  1. As used in this chapter, the term:

  2. (1)

    ‘‘Authority’’ means the Georgia Aviation Authority.#

  3. (2)

    ‘‘State aircraft’’ means any aircraft, including equipment, owned, leased, rented, chartered, or otherwise obtained by the authority.#
