ADOPTED Senator Cowsert of the 46th offered the following amendment #1: Amend the Senate Committee on Public Safety substitute on SB 468 (LC 63 0112S) by replacing line 40 with the following: sleeps within 72 hours after the sexual offender's release from prison, county jail, or By striking "and" at the end of line 141. By replacing line 143 with the following: Section 16-6-22.1; and (viii) Any second or subsequent conviction of an offense listed in subparagraph (A) of this paragraph."
