- The stored text is the latest version the General Assembly's website lists for the measure (`text_version` names it); earlier versions are not stored. Where a bill amends current law, the words it strikes out are marked <del> and the words it adds <ins>, as the printed bill shows them.
- Spanish translations of the summaries exist for 5,652 of the 5,652 measures with summaries (`lang=es`); the text of a measure, and every quote from it, stays in English.
