A RESOLUTION

Recognizing and commending Londyn Rodgers; and for other purposes.

WHEREAS, Londyn Rodgers, an exemplary student leader, scholar, and servant, reflects a deep commitment to strengthening her community and preparing her peers for future success; and

WHEREAS, as a student within Bibb County School District, she is actively engaged in Career, Technical, and Agricultural Education (CTAE) pathways, where she has developed leadership, communication, and workforce-ready skills that support her commitment to preparing students for success beyond the classroom; and

WHEREAS, Londyn Rodgers is also a dual enrollment student at Central Georgia Technical College, further demonstrating her dedication to academic excellence and college and career readiness while still in high school; and

WHEREAS, she is the founder of The Social Bridge, a community service initiative designed to equip K-12 students with the social, leadership, and professional skills necessary to become confident, workforce-ready citizens; and

WHEREAS, through The Social Bridge, Londyn Rodgers has demonstrated that academic achievement must be paired with communication skills, professionalism, and leadership development in order to ensure long-term student success; and

WHEREAS, she currently serves as Miss Macon's Teen 2026 within the Miss America Organization, using her platform to advocate for student empowerment, leadership development, and community impact; and

WHEREAS, her dedication, poise, and commitment to service embody the highest ideals of youth leadership, civic responsibility, and positive influence; and

WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that the outstanding accomplishments of this remarkable young leader be appropriately recognized.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that the members of this body recognize and commend Londyn Rodgers and extend their sincere best wishes for her continued health, happiness, and success. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to Londyn Rodgers.
