A RESOLUTION
Recognizing and commending Imani Williams; and for other purposes.
WHEREAS, March is celebrated as Women's History Month, a time to honor and recognize the invaluable contributions of women throughout history and across all fields and trades; and
WHEREAS, Imani Williams's contributions to the community reflect the core values of Women's History Month; and
WHEREAS, Imani is a dynamic leader, visionary, and changemaker whose life's work centers around purpose, empowerment, and transformation; and
WHEREAS, while still a college student, Imani made national headlines for her impact in Conyers, Georgia, mobilizing her community to host a powerful protest in honor of George Floyd and leading the efforts to remove a Confederate statue from her hometown; and
WHEREAS, currently, she is the founder and CEO of SoulThree60, a transformative platform that equips visionaries, leaders, and entrepreneurs with tools to elevate their mindset and well-being; and
WHEREAS, as a certified Mindset Coach, Master NLP Practitioner, and Hypnotherapist, Imani has touched countless lives, helping individuals rise into their highest selves with clarity and confidence; and
WHEREAS, she has shared her voice on major platforms including the Laura Coates Show, the Institute of African American Research, and CUNY, where she sparks conversations on mindset, manifestation, emotional wellness, and social justice; and
WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that the outstanding contributions of this remarkable woman are recognized during Women's History Month.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that the members of this body recognize and commend Imani Williams for her compassion, vision, and a relentless drive to uplift others.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to Imani Williams.
