10-1-354. Inspections by law enforcement officers.

  1. During the usual and customary business hours of a secondary metals recycler, a law enforcement officer shall, after properly identifying himself or herself as a law enforcement officer, have the right to inspect:

  2. (1)

    Any and all regulated metal property in the possession of the secondary metals recycler; and#

  3. (2)

    Any and all records required to be maintained under Code Section 10-1-353.#
