10-5-1. Short title.

  1. This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the “Georgia Uniform Securities Act of 2008.”

Amendments

The 2024 amendment, effective July 1, 2024, part of an Act to revise, modernize, and correct the Code, substituted “known” for “known as” in this Code section.
