10-6A-1. Short title.

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the “Brokerage Relationships in Real Estate Transactions Act.”

Amendments

The 2024 amendment, effective July 1, 2024, part of an Act to revise, modernize, and correct the Code, substituted “known and” for “known as and” in this Code section.
