12-5-131. Notifying contractors of changes in rules and regulations.

  1. The council may from time to time amend its rules and regulations governing water well contractors. The council will notify each water well contractor on the official list of licensed water well contractors of any changes in the rules and regulations prior to the effective date of the changes. This notification or lack thereof will in no way affect the effective date of the changes in the rules and regulations.
