12-5-132. Effect of part.

(a)
Nothing in this part shall affect oil and gas drilling operations covered by Part 2 of Article 2 of Chapter 4 of this title.#
(b)
Nothing in this part shall affect the regulation of ground-water use by the division pursuant to Part 2 of this article.#
