12-5-3. Water Resources Center — Power to enter into contracts, agreements, and participation arrangements.

  1. The center is authorized to enter into contracts, agreements, and arrangements with other colleges and universities for participation in the work of the center. The center shall also be authorized to enter into contracts and agreements with the federal government, with political subdivisions of this state, with private firms, foundations, or institutions, or with individuals for specific research into any aspects of water problems as may be related to the purposes of this article.
