14-11-1101. Filing fees and penalties.

    The Secretary of State shall collect the following fees when the documents described below are delivered to the Secretary of State for filing pursuant to this chapter:#

      Statement of commencement of winding up ............ No fee#

    8. (7)

      Certificate of termination .................................. No fee#

      Application of withdrawal .................................. No fee#

    10. (9)

      Articles of correction ........................................ 20.00#

    11. (10)

      Application for reservation of a name .................. 25.00#

    12. (11)

      Statement of change of registered office or registered#

    The Secretary of State shall collect the penalty provided for in paragraph (2) of subsection (c) of Code Section 14-11-711.#
