14-11-501. Nature of limited liability company interest.

  1. (a)

    A limited liability company interest is personal property. A member has no interest in specific limited liability company property.#

  2. (b)

    An operating agreement or the articles of organization may provide that a limited liability company interest may be evidenced by a certificate issued by the limited liability company.#
