15-10-64. Execution upon unpaid fines; sheriff to receive sentenced persons.

(a)
Execution may issue immediately upon any fine imposed by the court and not immediately paid.#
(b)
The sheriff of the county shall receive and house all persons sentenced to confinement for contempt or arrested or sentenced to confinement for violation of ordinances.#
