15-19-33. Procedure for adoption of rules.

  1. A copy of proposed rules and regulations of the State Bar of Georgia shall be furnished to all members. The Supreme Court shall set down for public hearing the adoption of proposed rules and regulations and any attorney or other person interested may appeal in person or by brief for the purpose of either supporting or opposing proposed rules and regulations.
