15-3-10. Employment and salaries of staff.

  1. The Court of Appeals may employ and fix the salaries of stenographers, clerical assistants, and such other employees as may be deemed necessary by the court; and the salaries therefor shall be paid by the clerk from the appropriations for the operation of the Court of Appeals.
