15-3A-1. Definitions.

  1. As used in this chapter, the term:

  2. (1)

    ‘‘Senior Appellate Court Judge’’ means a Judge, Presiding Judge, or Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals appointed to the office created by this chapter.#

  3. (2)

    ‘‘Senior Appellate Court Justice’’ means an Associate Justice, Presiding Justice, or Chief Justice of the Supreme Court appointed to the office created by this chapter.#
