15-6-25. Employment of secretary authorized.

  1. (a)

    Each superior court judge is authorized to employ a secretary.#

  2. (b)

    All personnel actions involving secretaries appointed pursuant to this Code section shall be in accordance with the provisions of Code Section 15-6-27.#
