17-8-36. Entry of date of continuance upon docket of court; announcement of continuance in open court.

  1. The judges of the superior, state, and city courts shall, upon the continuance of any case, enter the date of the continuance upon their dockets opposite the case and in open court make public announcement of the continuance.
